Reservation Request

Please check the Reservation Calendar to see if the desired date and time are available. Be sure to read the Amenities Reservation Agreement (revised, effective 2008). Complete the reservation application below and click Submit. Your form will be sent to the Amenities chairperson for processing. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Submitting the form below DOES NOT confirm or guarantee your reservation. You must receive a response from the Amenities chairperson. 

If you prefer, you may use the printable amenities reservation form, complete it and drop it in the drop box next to the front door of the clubhouse. As the drop box is not checked daily, your printed reservation request will take longer to process. Click here for the printable form.

My group will be using the pool during the above reservation.
I am requesting   guest pool passes. I understand there is a nonrefundable fee of $50 for guest passes. I also understand that no guest will be permitted to swim without a guest pass.

My group will not be using the pool during the above reservation. No guest passes are needed.

AGREEMENT: I, the homeowner named above, have read, understand and agree to adhere to all policies, rules and procedures for the use of the PHE Amenities as stated in the Amenities Reservation Agreement.  I understand I am responsible for all damages to and cleaning of the reserved amenity.  I understand that I will be charged for any damages which occurred during my reservation and/or for any costs of cleaning.  I understand there will be NO PETS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, NO SMOKING, NO LOUD MUSIC,  NO LOITERING IN PARKING LOT, NO SILLY STRING, NO CONFETTI, NO WATER BALLOONS IN OR AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE AREA, INCLUDING THE POOL. I understand that it is my responsibility to immediately report any damage previously existing to the Amenities Chair or to a Board member at the start of my reservation and report any damages incurred during my reservation to the Amenities Chair or to a Board member after my reservation.
