HOA Dues Payment Options
HOA assessments are due every January 1st
and July 1st. Payment must be received in full by the 24th of the month to avoid
a $25.00 late fee. In addition, unpaid assessments will be subject to a finance
charge of 12.0% per annum (accrued on last day of the month).
With RealManage, paying your semi-annual
dues is easy. RealManage offers several convenient payment options, including
one-time online payment, automatic draft from your bank account, payment by
phone or mail.
To set up a new ACH (direct debit) account to
pay your recurring assessments, a completed
Acknowledgement Agreement and a canceled check must be mailed to
RealManage for processing at:

The RealManage accounting department will setup your ACH account to auto-debit
your assessments from the bank account that you have chosen.
To make a one-time online payment, click
on the One-Time Payment button below. This will take you to RealManage's
website where you can enter your bank account information.
If you wish to make a payment by phone,
please call Customer Service at 1-866-4RealService (1-866-473-2573) and
speak to a Resident Advisor. Resident Advisors are available to assist you
from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm CST Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 am to 7:00 pm
Friday.
