PARKWOOD
HILL ESTATES HOA
AMENITIES RESERVATION AGREEMENT
revised, effective 2008
-
All reservations are now
made through the Parkwood Hill Estates website and handled by either the
Amenities Chair or the HOA Board of Directors. Reservations are taken on a
first-come, first-served basis. You may complete and submit the online form
or print the form, complete it and place it in the drop box to the right of
the clubhouse door. The Amenities Chair or Board member can check the
reservation calendar for availability for the date requested and is able to
verify if dues are current in order to make a reservation. You will receive
confirmation of your reservation by email or by phone.

Only adult
homeowner/members of Parkwood Hill Estates HOA will be eligible to reserve
the facilities. Restriction to rental/use may occur if previous rental
resulted in damages or abuse of the facility. Any homeowner/member who
is delinquent in homeowner association assessments will be restricted from
rental/use of the facilities.

Clubhouse Reservations: A
security deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve the clubhouse. Beginning
in 2008, if the homeowner reserving the clubhouse wishes to allow their
guests (non Parkwood Hill residents) to use the pool, there will also be a
$50 flat fee to cover the cost of the guests. Guest passes will be provided
and must be worn by all guests. It is the responsibility of the homeowner
making the reservation to accurately request the appropriate number of guest
passes. Any guest not wearing a guest pass will not be allowed access to
the pool. Two checks should be made out to Parkwood Hill Estates in the
amount of $50; one to cover the deposit and one to cover the guest passes
fee for the pool. If the reserving homeowner does not use the pool, only a
$50 deposit will be required. In either case, if the clubhouse is left neat
and clean as it was found, the $50 deposit will be refunded. If the Board
determines that a homeowner allows their guests to use the pool and the
homeowner did not request and pay for guest passes, the homeowner will lose
their privileges to all amenities. Maximum occupancy is 50.

Soccer Field and
Volleyball Court Reservations: A security deposit of $50.00 is required to
reserve the soccer field and volleyball court for team use.

All amenities will be
inspected for damages and cleanliness immediately after each reservation end
time. The homeowner will be held responsible for any negligence which may
result in forfeiture of the security deposit and reimbursement for any
additional expenses beyond the $50.00 deposit. The clubhouse checklist
provides the guidelines for what the inspection entails. Please note that
all supplies are provided by the HOA and paid for by the HOA. If these
supplies are missing, the homeowner will be charged. The homeowner is
responsible for removing any trash, cups, water bottles, snacks, etc. from
the clubhouse, soccer field and volleyball court after use.

Reservations for all
amenities are accepted three (3) months in advance as of the 1st
of the month. Each homeowner is limited to no more than two reservations,
for the clubhouse, within a six-month period with a time limit of five hours
per each reservation. This time limit must include set up and clean up
times. Community or committee functions take precedence for use and may be
scheduled up to six months in advance. When reserving the soccer field or
volleyball court for team play homeowners are limited to 2 days per week
with a two-hour maximum and no more than 12 weeks at a time.

All functions must end no
later than 10:00 pm on the date of the rental. For those using the pool,
all regular-posted pool hours must be followed. No exclusive pool access
will be granted.

Each homeowner is
responsible for obtaining the access code to the clubhouse from Amenities
Chair or from a Board member. The code is changed quarterly. Please be
sure to record the code for use with your clubhouse reservation. The doors
of the clubhouse must be locked upon leaving.

Failure to adhere to this
Reservation Agreement may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and
suspension of amenities privileges.
AMENITIES RULES & REGULATIONS: NO PETS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES,
NO SMOKING, NO LOUD MUSIC, NO LOITERING IN PARKING LOT, NO SILLY STRING, NO
CONFETTI, NO WATER BALLOONS IN OR AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE AREA, INCLUDING THE POOL.

Pool rules will be
enforced at all times.
No lifeguard on duty
-
Pool hours 7:00AM – 10:00PM.
Pool keys will not work
after closing. Gate will automatically
lock.

Pool identification tags must be visibly worn at all times by residents
and guests.

No running, pushing or diving.
-
No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades.
-
Proper swimsuits must be worn at all times. No cutoff shorts or anything
see-through.
-
No loud music or profanity.
-
No glass containers permitted in/on the pool area.
-
No alcohol at any time.
-
No pets of any kind allowed.
-
No diapers in either pool area. Only swim pants allowed.
-
No food in the pool area, food must stay under breezeway.
-
No littering (Put all trash in trash cans).
-
No climbing on/over fences or gates.
-
No one less than 13 years of age allowed without parent or guardian
supervision.
-
No parties under the porch without a reservation.
-
Smoking is permitted in designated area only. Smoking area is located in
the back right area of the pool.
-
Be respectful of other swimmers, especially when playing with balls or
swim devices that may strike another swimmer.
In
case of an emergency, a 911 button is located on the back of the brick wall of
the clubhouse. Please do not push unless there is an emergency.
