 New Residents

As a new resident to Parkwood Hill Estates, and with your paid Homeowners Association dues, you'll enjoy access to the amenities of the HOA, as well as the wonderful schools, family activities, shopping and community life.

If you've never lived in an HOA, please familiarize yourself with the HOA Policies available on this website. The Board members are available to answer your questions, as is the Property Management, RealManage. If you would like to be kept abreast of meetings and other HOA and Management news, call RealManage at 866-473-2573 to update your information. Be sure to provide your email address!

To access the pool, soccer field and volleyball court, you'll need an electronic key card. It looks like a credit card or hotel key card. Normally one key card is enough per household, but you may purchase additional key cards for $10 each. Once inside the pool area, each person using the pool must wear a pool pass to identify him or her as a resident or guest of a resident. Submit the form below to get electronic gate keys and pool passes necessary to access and enjoy the HOA amenities.
