Pool Passes

What is a pool pass and why do I need one? Click here.

Please complete the form below to request pool passes and/or guest passes. Your pool passes will be available for pick-up from the pool monitor (at the pool) by Thursday following your request.

If you have questions about your Pool Pass Request, please contact the Board; do not contact the Amenities chairperson.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I (the homeowner named above) acknowledge that a $25 fee is required to obtain each additional or replacement resident or guest pool pass. The fee will be collected upon delivery of the pool pass(es).


Pool rules will be enforced at all times.

No lifeguard on duty

  1. Pool hours 7:00AM – 10:00PM.
    Pool keys will not work after closing.
    Gate will automatically lock.

  2. Pool identification tags must be visibly worn at all times by residents and guests.

  3. No running, pushing or diving.

  4. No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades.

  5. Proper swimsuits must be worn at all times.  No cutoff shorts or anything see-through.

  6. No loud music or profanity.

  7. No glass containers permitted in/on the pool area.

  8. No alcohol at any time.

  9. No pets of any kind allowed.

  10. No diapers in either pool area.  Only swim pants allowed.

  11. No food in the pool area, food must stay under breezeway.

  12. No littering (Put all trash in trash cans).

  13. No climbing on/over fences or gates.

  14. No one less than 13 years of age allowed without parent or guardian supervision.

  15. No parties under the porch without a reservation.

  16. Smoking is permitted in designated area only.  Smoking area is located in the back right area of the pool.

  17. Be respectful of other swimmers, especially when playing with balls or swim devices that may strike another swimmer.

In case of an emergency, a 911 button is located on the back of the brick wall of the clubhouse.  Please do not push unless there is an emergency.
